Yes, warehouse pickup is available at 64 Sturt Street, Mount Gambier. There is no cost for click and collect from our warehouse.

Yes, our warehouse and offices are located at 64 Sturt Street, Mount Gambier and customers are welcome to come and browse. 

Yes, the public are welcome to place online orders or visit our physical store, the same as business customers.

We utilise our own vehicles and personnel as part of our normal delivery schedules, as well as trusted couriers for deliveries outside our local area, or for deliveries required outside our normal fortnightly delivery schedule.

Unopened and undamaged goods may be returned within 14 days with prior authorisation. Special order in items are non-refundable.

Yes, we provide custom printing solutions. Contact our team to discuss your needs and obtain a quote.

We aim to keep core items in stock at all times. For large or custom orders, lead times may apply.

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll resolve the issue promptly.
